Best Fire Extinguisher Ever!

Sometimes translation is hard. English to Japanese. Japanese to English.

A lot of the time phrases just turn nonsensical, sometimes they turn hilarious, and sometimes they turn fabulous.

Every Friday I park at this parking garage and it makes me happy. Why? Because there's a fire extinguisher on each level, clearly marked.

Yeah, baby, yeah!

Rwarrr!

Translators can change the text, I read a French blog.Nice to know they have a panther in case one might need it.

You are a long way from Omaha, but it sounds interesting.I went K-2nd grades there, and go over to eat periodically.I will be there Friday or Saturday.I am 5 hours East.

My parents still live there. We moved there from Jacksonville, Florida, when I was in high school. Despite me *really* not wanting to move to Omaha I do love the midwest. Last time I visited I saw there is now a bridge now that connects us Council Bluffs and Omaha. I wonder if you'll be eating in the Old Market. I could use a craft beer or two.

Everyone should be able to extin a panther if the need arises.

Every time I see it I debate if it was just some very funny guy who did that or someone who honestly thought they knew the spelling and went with it. I might have to go ask the city. But I don't want it corrected. Hmmm.....

I can usually figure out what the source of linguistic confusion is, but that fire extinguisher has me stumped. But I agree: I hope to God they never change it.

Sad, sad news, about a month ago they started redoing the chushajou. The first thing they did was take out the fire extinpanthers. I do hope they bring them back.
