This is hysterical. And informative. Thanks for the giggles and info - if I ever get to publish my Star Trek Cookbook, I'll have to keep this in mind for the Voyager edition. There are bluey-green foods seen on the show that I've often wondered how I'd reproduce. Oooh. That was ALMOST a pun.
